Fresh & Fold – Service Disclaimer

At Fresh & Fold, we take great care in handling your laundry. All items will be washed and dried in line with both your instructions and the manufacturer’s guidelines wherever possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for:

• The loss of buttons or damage to zips,
• Colour transfer or running during the washing process,
• Shrinkage or damage caused by manufacturer-recommended drying.

If your garments have stubborn stains, we will make every reasonable effort to remove them using appropriate stain treatment. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee full stain removal, especially if the stain is old or has deeply penetrated the fabric.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
